Who We Are

A supply partner, not a transactional vendor.

That's how we describe ourselves internally, and it shapes how we work: clear commercial terms agreed before production starts, honest communication over aggressive sales tactics, and a team that stays reachable after the container has shipped — not just before the order is confirmed.

We operate from 119/6 Highway, Opp. Neelkanth Dhaba, Daha Madanpur Village, near Namastey Chowk, Karnal, Haryana — a district inside the established Basmati-growing belt of North India. Rajesh Industries is GST-registered (06ACIPG9553A1ZT) and IEC-licensed for export, and has operated continuously since 1981.

Across three manufacturing units we run parboiling, steam-processing, drying, optical sorting and polishing in-house — nothing is outsourced between paddy intake and packed, tested rice.

The Family

Founded by one man in 1981. Run today by his son and grandson.

Rajesh Industries has never had an owner who wasn't also on the mill floor. Three generations, one address in Karnal.

1981

Satpal Goel, Founder. Started the mill that would grow into Rajesh Industries, laying the foundation for what is now three generations of family involvement in rice milling.

Director

Rajesh Goel

“To preserve and enrich the legacy of Basmati in India by ensuring the genetic integrity of the seed, by encouraging farmers to adopt scientific agricultural practices, and by leveraging world-class rice processing technologies. Invest in research and development activities so as to emerge as the industry benchmark for product quality and customer service.”

Second generation Rajesh Industries, est. 1981
Sarvesh Goel, Director of Rajesh Industries
Director

Sarvesh Goel

“Rajesh Industries was envisioned as an organisation which would not only go on to become an exemplary service provider in the rice industry, but also accomplish cult status for itself. That vision has been realised after almost four decades of sustained effort in maintaining a standard which is unchallenged and world class.”

Alongside stringent policies on quality in every operational area, the company has emphasised constant technological upgrading — the thing that lets it keep clearing the obstacles in its way.

Beyond the family, the company runs a pool of engineers, food technologists and export staff — the people who hold the standards our international customers audit us against.
