From certified paddy to a tested, packed shipment — here is exactly how a lot moves through our mills, and what's checked at each stage.
Average grain length is the single figure most buyers price against, so we do not eyeball it. Every lot is measured on a digital vernier caliper and the reading is recorded against that lot before it is cleared to run.
It is the same discipline behind the rest of our quality control — purity, admixture, chalky and damaged grains, moisture, and a cooking test on the finished rice.
Paddy is sourced from certified locations across the Karnal Basmati belt of Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh — the established Basmati-growing region of North India.
Raw material is inspected on arrival at the mill gate before it's accepted into our facility.
Pre-cleaning eliminates impurities before the paddy moves into parboiling or steam processing.
Parboiling and drying run at up to 500 MT a day each, on plant imported from the UK, Japan, Germany and Thailand. Reverse-osmosis water is used through parboiling to hold the natural aroma and taste.
Buhler Z+3 Sortex, Buhler polishing and Satake Sortex equipment handle milling, optical sorting and grading for uniformity.
Every lot is checked for moisture, purity, grading, cooking result, microbiological safety and pesticide residue before it's approved for packaging.
Bulk, GOODWILL retail-ready, or fully customised private-label packaging — jute, non-woven fabric, PP/PE bags, HDPE/BOPP pouches or vacuum-sealed PET jars, 1–50kg.
Export documentation and freight coordination through to the port of loading — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, fumigation and phytosanitary certificates, and bill of lading.
We'd rather point to a documented checkpoint than make a superlative claim. Every lot that leaves our mills carries a specific, testable record — not a marketing promise.
